An outgoing manager left MGI Learning, necessitating a smooth transition for the incoming manager who needed to get up to speed with the company's HubSpot portal, quickly and efficiently.

The Challenge

MGI Learning faced a potential disruption in their operations when an outgoing manager left the company. The incoming manager needed to quickly get up to speed with the company's CRM system, HubSpot, to ensure a seamless transition and maintain business efficiency. Without proper guidance, this could have led to delays and decreased productivity.

The Solution

MGI Learning turned to AutomateNow for a tailored training solution. AutomateNow had previously helped implement HubSpot and trained the team initially in the past, so there was an existing relationship. AutomateNow's experts, Sam and Kristian, designed early morning training sessions as the manager was based in Australia, with sessions happening from 5:30am to accommodate a window where everyone was (semi) awake.

The sessions covered initial profile setup, company, contact and deal views as well as integrations with email clients.
