If you reside in Poland, this role is offered under a B2B contract, and you’ll receive payment based on invoiced work plus a commission on sales.

For your sales tasks in this role, you will:

For your CRM implementation tasks in this role, you will:
- Dedicated Client Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for your clients, understanding their long-term goals and becoming their trusted advisor on all things CRM.
- HubSpot Onboarding & Beyond: Getting them started with HubSpot is just the beginning! You'll provide ongoing training and support to turn them into HubSpot masters.
- Communication Champion: You'll bridge the gap between your client's teams, ensuring everyone's working together smoothly towards the same goals.
- Meeting Mastermind: Regular calls and meetings keep your clients informed and engaged in the process.
- Process Pro: Analyze internal processes to identify areas for improvement and make their customer service shine even brighter.
- Project Progress Tracker: Keeping a close eye on project progress and updating clients ensures everyone's on the same page.

About you

In terms of the experience you’d bring to the role, we have some essential and ideal criteria.
Essential experience
- 3+ years in a HubSpot-related role, either in another agency, as a super admin in-house for a client, or with experience of implementing similar CRMs, such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Dynamics;
- At least 5 of the following active HubSpot certifications: Sales Hub Implementation, Marketing Hub Software, Sales Hub Software, Service Hub Software, Platform Consulting, Data Integrations, Salesforce Integration, Objectives-Based Onboarding, HubSpot Reporting.
