The Solution
After evaluating various CRM options, Fitual chose HubSpot to help grow their business with a Sales Enterprise plan. With a wide range of features available to Sales Enterprise subscribers like automated sequencing and custom reporting, Fitual reached out to AutomateNow as Diamond HubSpot partners to help them get the most out of their subscription. The decision to partner with AutomateNow was driven by our comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and a proven track record of successful implementations. The implementation process was thorough, with AutomateNow first mapping out Fitual's business development process to help create a blueprint of what implementation looked like. For an organisation to get the best out of HubSpot, they need to make it work for their own processes, but also be open to adapting to new ways of working to take advantage of the new tools and functionality at their fingertips.
Further sessions with the team to understand Fituals data architecture meant that when the build of HubSpot was happening, Kristian Melson, CRM Specialist at AutomateNow, had everything he needed to make it a success. The benefit was that HubSpot could seamlessly integrate into Fitual's core business operations. The team had regular catch ups where progress was discussed and training was given on areas such as objects, workflow automations, sequencing and reporting. This hybrid approach of training alongside building meant AutomateNow and Fitual could take an iterative approach to implementation, making sure HubSpot worked for the company and their processes. This initiative allowed Fitual to better manage customer interactions, track business development activities, and gain valuable insights into their growth plans.
The Results
The results of the HubSpot implementation were transformative for Fitual. They saw a growth in the number of gyms they were able to onboard at scale through automations and email sequencing. A team of two sales members are now able to effectively manage relationships with thousands of locations across 34 countries in a variety of languages. Fituals business development process continually improves to become more efficient, meaning they have more data for reporting purposes, with no extra downtime or manual input.
